Coronavirus Statement

Due to Global spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), All-Fill want to reiterate that their top priority is the health, safety and welfare of its employees, customers and suppliers.

We are continually monitoring the situation and are following the advice provided by the UK government and the Department of Health to ensure the safety of our employees and the continuity of business, whilst still being able to provide support for our customers during this time.

1. Employees

Being able to provide the opportunity for employees to work from home in a manufacturing company is quite a challenge and one that All-Fill is actively pursuing.  Where possible, and when required, All-Fill will be supporting employees whose duties allow them to work from home to do so.  This has been made possible by All-Fill’s investment into cloud-based business tools and dedicated data connections which allow our employees to work remotely as effectively as possible.

In terms of our in-house manufacturing, we are analysing continuity plans to ensure we keep the factory open as long as possible without endangering the safety of our employees.

2. Customer Support

Supporting our customers is very important to us, but the safety of our customers and employees is paramount.  Therefore, as of Monday 16th March 2020, All-Fill International Ltd will no longer be sending its employees to customer’s facilities outside of the UK due to the risk of COVID-19.  We will, however, have engineers available to support customers remotely by telephone, email, skype etc. to provide the very best support during this difficult time.

All-Fill will make decisions regarding future travel as the situation evolves.

If you have any issues or wish to contact us, then please use info@allfill.co.uk for general enquiries or support@allfill.co.uk for support enquiries as these email address will be continuously monitored.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
