Mauste Sallinen Oy is a Finnish, family-owned food importer, manufacturer and packer based in Naantali, whose offerings include a wide range of spices, flours and seeds.
All production – from raw-material sourcing and mixing to packaging and distribution – is handled in-house.

Having taken delivery of multiple standalone semi-automatic Series 10 filling machines in the last 15 years, when it was time to add a fully automated option to Mauste-Sallinen’s production facility, All-Fill were able to offer a suitable solution to meet their requirements.

With the auger filling system mounted on top of an intermittent motion Vertical Form Fill Seal machine (VFFS), All-Fill offer the same proven reliable and accurate Series 10 technology in an fully automatic configuration. It can be specified with augers suited to handling a wide range of products, whether they be free-flowing such as salt or non-free flowing such as flour. Even complex non-homogeneous products can be handled with appropriate tooling, all of which can be easily changed in minutes without the need for tools – maximising production up-time and return on investment.

Both All-Fill and Mauste-Sallinen are ISO9001 accredited, with a strong focus on delivering robust solutions for customers and an internal culture of continuous improvement.
